Villa 26, owner review
As the owner of ocean front plot no. 26 with the newly built 3-bedroom villa Palmera, ready summer 2024, I would like to express my great appreciation to Elvire and Pim. With their unwavering enthusiasm and dedication, they have made my villa one of the pearls on Coco Beach. The plot in combination with the style of the house fits beautifully into the surroundings. Almost all trees have been preserved, making it a unique place. Since the purchase of my plot (2010), I have experienced the development as difficult, especially in the beginning, when there was no active construction yet. Since Elvire and Pim put their shoulders to the wheel in 2022, the development of the project has accelerated. They deserve all the credits for the further development of this unique location.
