Electricity on Coco Beach
Within the Coco Beach Community, 2/3 of the electricity network is finished. We are now working on the installment of the last part to make sure that all 81 lots have their electricity connections installed. All the necessary paperwork was obtained to start the installation executed by qualified professionals. The work is on schedule and we expect it to be done before the end of Q1 2023. Before we can deliver this to our customers, we will have tests and inspection from Naturgy, our national utility company. Together, they will make sure that the installation meets all local and national codes and regulations.
* unfortunately, because of an unexpected event, our electricity network is not energized yet. We give a news update soon.
