Welcome to our new residents
We’re so happy to welcome new residents to Coco Beach!
Villa 55 has officially been sold!
From the previous owner and builder, Gatun Lake Construction, we were fortunate to be able to rent out this beautiful villa to guests looking for a relaxing beach retreat. Now, Villa 55 begins a new chapter as the home of Douglas and Kathy, who will surely fill it with laughter, family, and friends.
They’ve already shared their exciting plans for the house and its spacious garden, and we can’t wait to see their vision come to life.
