Villa 70 almost ready
Construction on Villa 70 is progressing very well, especially following the recent visit from the owners. Since then, visible progress has been made, and the project remains comfortably on schedule. The team has moved into the finishing phase, with tiles now being installed and the kitchen taking shape, getting ready for use. These developments are bringing the villa closer to its final look and feel, reflecting both quality craftsmanship and careful attention to detail.
As we approach the final stages, one of the last key steps will be the installation of the windows. This is being handled with extra care to ensure everything is perfectly fitted and secure because when it comes to these finishing touches, you simply can’t be too careful.
We are now working towards the delivery of the house to the owner.
